Extra service hours for Campware support subscribers Additional service hour for subscribers to Campware's priority support service. Hours will be used on a per-incident basis when a customer exceeds their allotted 5 hours per month of priority subscription support. As with the priority support service, additional service hours are bound by the terms and conditions of the Campware priority support service.
