SENSE is the only regional news agency which covers the whole area of South East Europe. Through the network of its very experienced correspondents based in Brussels, The Hague, Strasbourg, Washington/New York, Berlin, Moscow and Paris it covers diplomatic, political, economic and military activities and processes by way of which the international community is trying to solve the problems and influence developments in the countries of the South East Europe and the region as a whole. The Agency regularly reports from major institutions in which policies toward the region are created: EU and its institutions, UN and its agencies, OSCE, NATO, Stability Pact, International Criminal Court for former Yugoslavia, Council of Europe, governments of the leading countries and non-governmental organizations.

The purpose of the SENSE project is to supply print and electronic media in the countries of South East Europe with genuine and unbiased information about policies, actions and objectives of the international community towards the region.

SENSE is operational since November 1998. and has established itself as one of the major sources of information to print and electronic media in Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, Serbia, Montenegro. Our general service is regularly used by some 50 newspapers, radio and TV stations in the countries of South East Europe. SENSE also has started a special weekly TV program covering activities of the International Criminal Court for Former Yugoslavia, which is transmitted to major South East European TV stations by the Europe by Satellite.

The SENSE Business Service is the youngest service of SENSE with the aim to supply not only local media but as well governments, the trade associations and private businessman with news from major world markets and analyses of major trends in world economy. Finally SENSE plans to establish a network of its correspodents in all major cities of the region, with the aim to increase circulation of news and promote rebuilding of bridges among its nations broken by years of wars and hostilities.
